Aqua Fit Classes
Aqua Fit classes incorporate the use of equipment (water weight and noodles) to maximize water resistance in all dimensions of movement, providing full range of motion and increased flexibility. All experience levels are welcome!
Aqua Fitness classes are offered as drop-in classes with no prior registration necessary. Participation is included with all active memberships and day-pass access. Please contact the instructor directly for more information.
Beginner Line Dancing Classes
Line dancing classes incorporate easy-to-follow step patterns and fun routines designed to keep you moving while building endurance, rhythm, and confidence. No partner is needed, and every class welcomes beginners and experienced dancers alike. All skill levels are welcome!

Intermediate Line Dancing Classes
Intermediate line dancing classes incorporate more complex combinations, advanced turns, and longer routines that help you grow your confidence and refine your technique. Participants should have prior line dancing experience and feel comfortable with basic step patterns. No partner is needed, and classes are welcoming, encouraging, and community-focused. All intermediate-level dancers are welcome!

Meet Geidy Lopez
Zumba Licensed | AFAA Group Fitness | NASM CPT | Licensed Massage Therapist
Hi! I’m Geidy Lopez — fitness professionsl, massage therapist, line dancer, coffee lover, and firm believer that aging should come with strenght, confidence, and a great attitude.
My fitness journey began with earning my zumba license in April 2022, followed by becoming a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in January 2023. I then added NASM-Certified Personal Trainer to my credentials in June 2023. In April 2024, I expanded my passion for helping people move and recover better by becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist.
In Short: I help people move well, fell strong, and recover smart.
My heart is especially drawn to working with older adults. My mission is to help individuals maintain indepence, strength, and an excellent quality of life — so they can face whatever life brings with resilience, confidence, and a smile.
I hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix and was born in Cuba, arriving in the United States in 2002. I proudly served in the U.S. Army from 2009-2013 — and experience that shaped my discipline, grit, and deep commitment to helping others live healthier lives.
Outside the studio, I’m a wife and mom to Emily and Alex, a proud pet parent to our cats Earl and Mittens and our dog Roxy, and someone who believes line dancing and coffee can solve almost anything.
