Welcome to Fit & Harmony (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, services, and wellness offerings.

By booking a class, purchasing credits, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Fit & Harmony provides wellness services including:

  • Group fitness classes (Zumba, Aqua Zumba, movement-based fitness)

  • Massage therapy

  • Personal training

  • Class credit packages

All offerings are subject to availability and may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

Clients must:

  • Be 18+ years old (or have guardian consent)

  • Be medically able to participate

  • Provide accurate booking and payment information

3. Booking & Scheduling

All classes and sessions must be booked online.

  • Reservations may be required due to limited capacity

  • Fit & Harmony reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions

  • Schedule changes will be communicated when possible

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Square.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and payment is due at booking unless stated otherwise.

5. Class Credits & Packages

Fit & Harmony operates on a class credit system.

Credit Terms

  • Credits may be used for any eligible class

  • Clients may mix and match class types

  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Credit Expiration

All purchased class credits expire 90 days (3 months) from the purchase date.

Unused credits after expiration are forfeited.

Once credits are used up, additional credits must be purchased to continue booking.

6. Memberships (Coming Later)

Fit & Harmony will introduce unlimited monthly memberships in a future phase.

At this time, all participation is offered through:

  • Drop-in classes

  • Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel group classes at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing a credit.

Private sessions require 24-hour notice.

8. Conduct

We maintain a respectful, welcoming environment. Fit & Harmony may refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of Florida.
