Fit & Harmony Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/02/2026

Fit & Harmony values all clients and strives to provide excellent service. Due to the nature of fitness and wellness services, we maintain the following refund policy:

All Sales Are Final

  • Class credits, packages, and memberships are non-refundable

  • Drop-in class purchases are non-refundable once booked

  • Massage and training sessions are non-refundable once completed

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our discretion only for:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Medical emergencies with documentation

  • Studio cancellations without rescheduling availability

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Credit Expiration

All class credits expire 90 days (3 months) from purchase.

Unused credits after expiration are forfeited.

Fit & Harmony Cancellation Policy (Client-Friendly)

We understand that life happens. To respect instructor time and limited class capacity, we ask all clients to follow our cancellation guidelines.

Group Classes

  • Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to keep your credit

  • Late cancellations may result in loss of that class credit

  • No-shows will forfeit the class credit

Private Sessions (Massage & Training)

  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the session cost

  • No-shows may be charged the full session rate

Studio Cancellations

If Fit & Harmony cancels a class or session, you will receive:

  • Full credit return
    or

  • Rescheduling priority
